After 3 laptops without one, I'm happy to find the Shiftlock has a light. Must weigh half as much as the predator. Cons: The fans are quiet but there is a humming tone coming from the right side fan facing the upright computer almost as loud as the staticie sound of overheat on my Predator which convinced me to get another computer in the first place.

The SSD Operating drive refuses to clone. I returned a Samsung and put in a WD and it still won't clone. Tech support will not lend a hand on the cloning process. I said look I understand you not supporting 3rd party software, but this is a problem with your own system, and you built it to take a second drive so man er company up.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to change the color of the keyboard. All I wanted to do was turn the back color solid blue.
